| Discussion The renovation of the food services area at Pinewood Elementary School is scheduled for summer 2021. Heard Construction, Inc. has submitted a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) in an amount not to exceed $296,142.60 under their continuing contract for construction management services for the project, based on a design by Architects RZK, Inc. under their continuing contract for architectural services. Administration and permitting costs are estimated at $6,000. The project will be funded through Food and Nutrition Services unrestricted funds. Board approval is required for purchase orders over $50,000. The standard agreement template has been used which does not require legal review. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
