| Discussion The sales surtax renewal plan includes funding for electrical renewal at Lockmar Elementary School. Heard Construction, Inc. has submitted a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) in an amount not to exceed $309,279.45 under their continuing contract for construction management services for the project based on a design submitted by Above Group, Inc. under their continuing contract for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services. Administration and permitting costs are estimated at $8,000. Board approval is required for purchase orders over $50,000.
