| Discussion The sales surtax renewal plan includes funding for resurfacing the tennis courts at Palm Bay Magnet High School. Ivey's Construction, Inc. has submitted a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) in an amount not to exceed $68,443 under their continuing contract for construction management services for the project. Administration and permitting costs are estimated at $2,500. Board approval is required for purchase orders over $50,000.
