Job Description: Title IX Coordinator
This job description has been developed to ensure all federal and state regulations regarding Title IX compliance are addressed. The expectation for this position is to be lead Title IX contact/subject matter expert who understands Title IX regulations, processes, and procedures; monitors and oversees deputy coordinators, decision-makers, and investigators; assigns Title IX team members to each case; coordinates Emergency Removal cases; must be available to receive and promptly respond to complaints; performs initial assessment; guides grievance and investigation process; updates parties on the timeline and process; responsible for ensuring appropriate supportive measures and sanctions are implemented; supports all parties involved in a neutral and unbiased manner.
