Field Trip - Melbourne High School Robotics Team to World Championship Robotics Competition in Houston, Texas
Consent w/o Information - 04/12/2022
Following a recent win of the Tallahassee FIRST Robotics Regional Competition, Melbourne High School's "Team Voltage 386-Robotics," approximately 23 students accompanied by one male BPS employee, three female and two male BPS registered volunteers, are requesting approval to travel to the World Championship robotics competition in Houston, Texas on April 19-24, 2022. Students will miss four days (April 19th through 24th).
The group will travel to Houston, Texas via approved vendor, BTM Bus lines in Cocoa, FL. Lodging is yet to be determined. Student cost will be $0. All monies have been donated through the efforts of the team. These funds cover transportation, lodging, food, and admission costs. All arrangements and funding is through the Brevard Schools Foundation. THERE IS NO COST TO THE DISTRICT. An itinerary will be made available once all arrangements are made.
