BPS currently employs 10 Certified Behavior Analysts who perform behavioral assessments including functional analysis for students receiving Tier 3 services and/or exceptional education services. This new job description captures the role and responsibilities of behavior coaches to assist school administrators and staff in developing and implementing individual, class, and schoolwide behavior interventions. The behavior coach will also support the implementation of Tier 1 schoolwide behavior management system as well as fidelity of Tier 2 interventions.
